What you get

One of our assigned editors will answer all of the following and more, plus a one-page overview or impressions of your manuscript:

1. Was the novel engaging?

2. Was the pacing too quick or too slow?

3. Were there any plot errors or inconsistencies?

4. Were the characters likeable or dislikeable?

5. Were there any parts that were confusing?

6. Did the dialogue feel natural?

7. Was there too much exposition?

8. Did the opening/conclusion follow naturally?

9. Was there anything that surprised you?

10. Did the book fit with genre conventions?

How to inquire

Our beta reading services are ideal for newer writers. Those who perhaps haven't shared their work before or who might be apprehensive about "getting it out there." We prefer to work with the following genres, but are open to others if it sounds like something we can help with:
